Sunlight: The Champion Against Osteoporosis

One of the best things that you can do for yourself to prevent Osteoporosis is to get lots of sunshine each day. Even if it’s just for 15 minutes, take a walk outside just to enjoy your surroundings. Smell the flowers. Play with the kids or grandkids. Have a heartfelt discussion with your spouse. It’s all good for the body and may help you live longer.
