Obesity and Heart Disease

Did you know that those who are overweight drastically increase their risk of heart disease? Hi, I’m Doctor Keith Snead, and today, I would like to speak my fellow residents of Nashville about the connection between these two conditions.

When the body has more weight to carry around, especially if the individual has a serious case of distention in that they have a very protruded abdomen, it forces the heart to work harder. Those who are obese usually also have high blood pressure, which is nicknamed “the silent killer” as the heart cannot long withstand dangerously high levels.

I want to help you lose weight and fight heart disease. Come visit me, Doctor Keith Snead, at my office here in Nashville. Click here for my full report on degenerative disease and to make an appointment: http://nashvillewellnesscenter.com/degeneration
