Don’t Go to Bed Angry

If you go to bed angry, you surely will not sleep well. Don’t be amazed if you find yourself tossing and turning all hours of the night, and feeling ill an exhausted the next morning. Instead of ending the day that way, either take some time to resolve the problem, or find a good friend that you can talk to who will be understanding and help you calm down.
